Most of our homes use verified self-showing access, so you can see a property on your own schedule.
Get your code
You will receive an access code by text or email. It is valid for one day only.
Tour the home
Use the code to enter at a time that works for you. Take your time and look closely.
Lock up
Turn off the lights, lock every door you opened, and return the key to the box.
A few ground rules
- Your code works for one day. Request a new one if you need to come back.
- Do not share your code — access is logged against the person who verified.
- Some occupied homes require a scheduled, accompanied showing instead.
- Anything that looks unsafe or damaged, tell us before you apply.
