What is not included
We would rather you read this now than be surprised later. Repairs and maintenance we coordinate on your behalf carry a 10% charge on the invoice amount, which covers sourcing the vendor, scheduling, and verifying the work. Actual repair costs, HOA dues, insurance, taxes, and any court or attorney fees in an eviction are the owner’s expense.
