FAQ

Common questions

How do I apply for a rental?

Every adult 18 or older who will live in the home submits their own application. We screen credit, income, background and rental history. Have your photo ID and recent proof of income ready before you start.

How do I tour a home?

Most of our homes use verified self-showing access. After you verify your identity you get a one-day access code by text or email. Lock up and turn the lights off when you leave.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Use the maintenance request form on this site so the issue is documented and timestamped. If it is a genuine emergency — fire, gas, flooding, or anything unsafe — call emergency services first, then call us at (239) 788-2931.

Are you a fair housing provider?

Yes. We comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and Florida fair housing law. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected class.
